Your contract is with the organisation offering the tickets for sale (“the promoter”) and you should contact the promoter in the event of any problem. Cuddington Parish Council accepts no responsibility for the failure of the promoter to supply any tickets purchased or for the failure of the promoter to provide the event advertised.
The Village Picture House
We operate a ticketless system online: no tickets are sent out either by post or email. On the day, we have a list of all those who have bought tickets online, so we shall know that you have bought seats.
For films with an age restriction, proof of age may be required.
You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to come. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a future event: this must be requested by email to cinema@cuddingtonvillage.com at least 48 hours before the advertised start time of the event. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If you have not arrived by the advertised start time of the event, and all other seats have been taken, then we reserve the right to offer your seat to someone else
A supplement of 25p per ticket applies to all online bookings.
