Cuddington Fete 2023 – Save the date (if you haven't already!)
A little reminder to save the 8th July in your diary for Cuddington Village Fete!
This year’s theme is bees! A parade, as always, will launch the 2023 fete.
Queen Bee Amy Davis will lead her workers from Lower Green, through our much loved village decorated with bunting and stalls, to Upper Green where guests, The Mid Bucks Beekeepers Association will judge the best bee costumes.
Prizes will include a voucher for tea for four at Tyringham Halll, tokens to redeem on the stalls, and a bag of honey combe or a bottle of mead for the lucky winners!
You can bee anyone ...
- Queen Bee or worker bee
- Paper mâché bee-hive...
- A jar of honey or Beekeeper
- A sunflower or bumblebee
- Honeybee or red tailed bee
- Cutter bee or the Bee Gees…
- Mason bee or mining bee
- The Beestie Boys or Justin Beeber
The possibilties are endless!
"Whats yellow and black and keeps dropping things? A fumble bee."
Stay tuned for more bad jokes and fancy dress ideas...
